We know certain situations can occur where you have no choice but to rehome your pet. Please consider the options below before deciding to surrender your pet.
If you have adopted your pet from a rescue, contact that organization first to go over any options or policy they may have as most require the animal to be returned to ensure they go to a safe place.
Please keep in mind this is a request form that will be reviewed by one of our volunteers. If we have an available foster and funds to take in your pet, we will contact you to complete the surrender process - THIS SURRENDER FORM IS NOT A GUARANTEE WE CAN TAKE IN YOUR PET.
